Default 1994 medalist or marathon belt help

well im new to golf carts and i have a few questions if anyone could help me. i inherited a hunting cart from my uncle his daught ran the cart without any oil and broke a rod off. it's a 295 cc motor that was borred out to a 350cc. (the engine plate says 295 cc but the piston was a 350 and the engine was restamped 350). the cart is lifted i believe, im not forsure how to determin how much? but it has 10 in mudbusters on the back and 8inch mud busters on the front. it has a rear seat and i believe the paneling is sheet metal.ok here's my first question......
  • how can i determin what model the cart is? the year # is 1994
  • secondly my uncle mentioned the cart doesnt have to much power, what can i do to make it have more low end torque?
i think someone said a smaller belt or some kind of spring that goes on the clutch
  • how hard would it be to put the power spring on the clutch?
  • how much of a smaller belt would be needed to increase the torque
  • also how can i tell what clutch is on the cart? ive been reading and it seems a 28degree clutch is a good low end torque option.
  • also is the the driven clutch or the drive clutch(if there is a difference)?
also could i combine all these options together?

thanks everyone for any help you can offer i really need it...

94 had both of those carts. If the cart looks like a TXT cart (same cowl shape) then it should be a metalist. you need to figure out which cart you have before proceeding with buying parts.

Ok after much contemplation I believe the cart is a marathon. It is very boxy in the front. The cart was extremely modified and makes it hard to distinguish between the carts
