Factory Dash Tray for '94 Marathon
Anybody know where I can buy a new factory dash / glove tray for my 1994 Marathon? I am rebuilding and had to remove the old one to access the front cowl bolts. It was old and brittle and pretty much got destroyed when removing. Can't find it on anyones parts pages.

Re: Factory Dash Tray for '94 Marathon
The tray liner is no longer available - Sorry. I can get the center console / cup holder assembly, but the inner liner has been discontinued years back...
Get some good outdoor carpet or a cheap rubber backed fabric door mat and cut it to fit! |

Well that's not good news. Thanks for checking. Hopefully someone will see this post and have one laying around.

Re: Factory Dash Tray for '94 Marathon
You're referring to the bottom liner, right? I've seen very few in good condition - I would do the door mat trick if I were you! Once it's cut in place, you can 3M it in there nice and tight...

Re: Factory Dash Tray for '94 Marathon
2 factors make it unlikely you will find a good used one...
1. they were made cheaply 2. they are hard to remove without damage The light weight rubber backed carpet welcome mat is a good way to go. |

Re: Factory Dash Tray for '94 Marathon
Scotty...you guys are right. I don't think there is a way remove them without breaking them because they are so cheap and become brittle. I will try the rubber backed carpet idea. THANKS!

Re: Factory Dash Tray for '94 Marathon
15 years ago, they were a little "softer". Let's not forget that all plastic gets brittle over time!
