Wait! Blade, don't spend your money at unlimited. To many people have been unhappy with their torque springs. Big Block Man is where you want to spend your money, CarPartsPlus. Bet he will match the price on lift and wheels as well.

Its not a problem until you go up a big hill and it crawls. But I built my lift in '99 and put 22s on, if i put 15psi in the rears I can hit 28gps on dirt and 30 on the pavement (that I never run on). If it were not in storage I could run it that fast right now. Show me a stock electric cart that does that.

I would recommend a cut sheave, but I'm not a big fan of the secondary springs. I have fiddled with the clutches and it is important to keep them clean and lubed. All the things I did were to help towing at low speed, I didn't change anything at high speed.

Here is your gutless no power G2/9 all stock except the silencer was taken off the airbox and it was rejetted, and no governor. It would have been doing 28gps before I turned around. Don't forget I been doing this since 99 with it, its getting tired and should have a clone 16 in it this spring.

Thanks for the video Sho! I will be keeping the stock motor in my G9 for the time being. I will order the Dixie kit when I order my lift. I would like the cut sheave along with the spring...

Blade, its not gonna beat Tonka's blue sand rail, but at 800# and 9HP, it will do some pretty astonishing things!

They will do more than you think they will, there is no doubt. But climbing hills and pulling things is a real weakness they go really slow. All I can say is after riding one I can't wait to get a 16 clone in my cart. Its just like stock with twice the power I should have done it years ago. The real answer to not enough power is big engine. But to say a gas cart can't pull 22s is pretty stupid half the people on this site have lifted carts and stock engines....or lots of them whatever the number is.

Is it VW based or something else? Nice looking!

I have an old mid-engine 2331 VW with 48mm delorados, about 830 pounds and 200HP. It gets your attention pretty quick!! But the new stuff is just amazing with the long travel and all.

I have a rear engine 1915cc VW with an an IRS rear end and ball joint front. Sooner or later I WILL have a turbo and long travel set up! Don't tell my wife I said that... I didn't tell her when though
