Looking for a quiet exhaust for a golf cart build.. I don't mind to lose horsepower..

Why not just build your own muffler? You obviously have the fabrication skills. Take a large diameter pipe, a couple of smaller diameter pipes, cap the end of the smaller diameter pipes and drill holes in them. Place them in the larger pipe, stuff the whole thing with steel wool and weld it up. Done! Experiment with tubing size, hole diameter, and packing material, you can get it really quiet. Also use sound deading material (dynamat) on the body around the engine to help quiet it down

Thank you for the compliment. Well I figured there would already be a quiet muffler test fitted I was thinking about a Honda scooter exhaust from 150 cc engine has anyone tried this I only have about 18 inches in length and 5 inches around to work with
