Also can you post a pic of your throttle curve?
And have you checked the signal wires to insure they are not physically pinched or damaged.
Lastly, it's nothing that can't be resolved.

What helped me the most so far with the XCT 400 is to use the "standard" throttle curves that are shown in the manual but add more points to the curves and most important set your throttle rate down to 12-15%. So far that is what as helped me the most.
Precedent 2008 48v Admiral MOT-A2 motor and XCT 400.

Right, another guy who had an xct nightmare had a bent pin in a connector. These controls are the most reliable & user friendly controls on the market today

Guys,

Here's a youtube Video he posted of the throttle monitoring via his PC. My only concern is when he says to give it half throttle, the percentage goes backwards for a split second before it starts to rise. Hard to tell if it's a user issue or if there's an MCOR4 fluctuation there. I can't see the accelerator pedal to compare it to the results on the screen. Here's the video. What do you guys think?

The pins in the main wiring harness. My speed sensor wasn't being read by the controller, and sure enough I had a bent pin on the controller under the factory wiring harness. Two days of sweating it, and it was something so freaking basic.
