I think it would be easier to interpret the video if there is one single, slow and smooth pedal motion from up to down.

If I were in your situation this is what I'd do. Remove the XCT and install your old Curtis controller. If all your problems go away call Alltrax and request a RA number and send it in for repair or replacement.

One more thing, what version of software are you using? My version doesn't look anything like that.
