Not optimal for battery life but it's what I got
That 65.3 seems a touch high but it really don't mean much. What's the voltage after 24 hours off charger?

Straight from Trojan. Max daily charge =59.22 Equalization charge =61.98. These readings are for T-875 which the OP pictured. Notice the caution about over and under charging. Mode II on the DPI is 57.2V and is used for Trojans
The only thing worst than the MCOR on the Club Car is the OBC.

Nah, come on now. My US's are 7.5 years old (June of '10) and still hold a 50.x volts 12 hours after the charge is completed. So you will not get me to believe for a moment that me and all the other people that have OEM (Powerdrive) chargers and OBC's that have taken excellent care of our packs, have done this all wrong for this long.....

But, there is no question the PDI accusense is far better technology and dependability then the 1990's and up OEM OBC's, but never the less, it ain't broke and I ain't fixing it till it does...

I'm actually hoping Nick will get back and then when I do replace my pack, I will upgrade to an EV Lithium Pack BMS system and you can keep your old outdated and inferior SLA (circa 1940/50's) battery system.

I'm with you Nole. I expect to get 7 years or more out of my US's and then switch to Lithium (or maybe something even better by then).

My Lester on board finishes at 65v. I questioned both Lester and Trojan about maximum charge and both agreed 65v was okay. I posted Trojan's reply on this site somewhere

My one year old Lester Links is same thing -- 65v. I found Crown literature saying 2.5 - 2.7 volts per cell (60v-64.8 ).
And there's this TSB (2012) from US battery.
