Ok. Thanks. Should the MCOR be upgraded? I’ve seen a lot of threads about MCOR 4 conversions.

The MCOR4 is not an "upgrade". It's simply the only available OEM replacement part for an MCOR1. The MCOR1 has been discontinued.

Thanks. My MCOR (Whatever version it is) works fine, so I'll leave it. I have another question though:

My charger cuts on as soon as I plug it into the cart, and acts like it's charging fine. It's a powerdrive 3. But I haven't been able to get it to turn off automatically. I left it on for about an hour and a half after it reaching close to 0 AMPS, but it keeps running.

Meanwhile, it's boiling my two-day-old batteries, so I don't want to take any chances. How long should I leave it before expecting it to turn off? Does this sound like an OBC problem?

Thanks again,
Luke

Definitely. Often when an OBC fails it will get stuck in the ON position. You need to replace it. Your symptoms match my assumption, the charger will never turn off once it gets stuck.
