Just my 2C's and for others that may read this post. Not only do you want the two U bolt system, but you also want the long legged (after market) saddles. Those should sit squarely in the OEM weld on saddles that are upside down at this point making it impossible for the axle to ever turn. Anything less is just a step up from a bicycle mechanic designed solution.

I'm golden now. Got the axles switched the new springs under it and it's like a new cart. What was under it was junk!

Those single ubolt systems are ok for stock unlifted carts but any lift should use double ubolts.
