Well a new MCOR didn't fix the problem and now its doing it with paperclip installed. Its like its loosing connection and if you let it sit a minute it will start and run again but who knows how long. Any other areas to check??

thanks

Ok started thinking this thru, ran it again with paperclip in pigtail. When the motor stopped at 23mph I saw sparks shoot out the motor shroud underneath. Could I have a short or bad connection or motor that is getting hot and shutting down?

Or the brushes are gone (worn out) in the motor and jumping.

Well video didn't work out right

I have a stealth cart. Basically a club car on steroids and mine was doing the same thing. Ended up being the master solenoid. If that’s any help.

UPDATE WATCH VIDEO

Run cart at 15mph on jack stands for a minute and then it shuts down immediately and throws sparks out of motor. Could I have a motor or brush failure maybe getting hot and shutting off?

How do I upload a video?

Anyone? had this happen? 2 MCORS didn't fix it. Paperclip didn't fix it. Could the brushes be shorting out? REGEN motor. What about the diode in the harness?
