They are still alive and well. May have been closed today or just busy. You will hear back from them....

Re: Plum quick no response
Hey Jerry don’t worry they will call you back or send them an email that’s what I did but I did call like you did and didn’t call me back right away I don’t know when they check the messages but they do check and they did call so give them a little time they’re still in business and he did a great job for me I went from 18 miles an hour up to almost 30 miles an hour with the purple motor.

Re: Plum quick no response
took me a bit to get in touch with them as well but once i did they were great with answering all questions and getting the motor to me pretty fast. It's worth the wait.

Re: Plum quick no response
I'm having the same problem. Left messages several times, no call back. I emailed Robby, he said he was going to call me a month ago, still no contact.

Re: Plum quick no response
They called me back unfortunately they had no core motor for the precedent. Didn’t want to loose my ride for 2 weeks

Re: Plum quick no response
Just get you an Admiral MOT-A2 motor and save yours as a spare or sell it afterwards.

Re: Plum quick no response
I am a plum quick dealer and it is quite hard to get a hold of them, they already have 1500 motors to get out as of last week, and there is only four of them, but definitely worth the wait.....
