Here is another option. Here are pics of my '93 DS with Jake's Wheelbase Extension Kit on the front and I also extended my rear shackles 1". I have 215/50-12 tires with 12"x 6" wheels with 2.5 x 3.5 offset and don't have any rubbing problems.

I have 20" Carlisle Turf Savers on 8" wheels (on original 1986 DS suspension) and have no rubbing. REALLY nice, smooth ride.

It looked pretty good and drove great on the road when I gave it a test drive. . But when I got home and drove it on our golf cart paths and dirt roads, it was the roughest bumpiest ride I’ve ever had. I immediately order a 3” all sports a arm lift and dual action springs. My new tires are 20x10x 12 all-terrain , which is technically the same size. But it is a wider tire, and side by side, it seems about a half inch or so taller than the street tires. The street tires are also more rounded off on the edges, so that also helps keep them from rubbing. I guess this is just the long way of saying not to get larger rims with low profile street tires if you will be on any sort of bumpy path.

LOVE THIS LOOK!
Question, will that rear style body panel fit a 2007 Club Car DS?

That rear body is for a Precedent.

****, that’s a really clean looking ride!!! Those wheels are perfect and subtly make the whole cart pop. [emoji106]

I like the clean look of those wheels, do you remember the brand name and a part number by any chance? A link would be great!

Not trying to throw a wet blanket on all this enthusiasm, but if we are honestly trying to help Smramoscad with his question, we need to do a little reality check. beachguysc indeed has a great looking setup, but it's a Precedent. Different cart with a different suspension. A couple of the other responders mentioned mods they've done to an '86 and '93 respectively. Neither of those has the airbox running under the drivers floor like the DS in the OP picture. Before we have this poster off spending hard earned money on parts, lets please give him relevant information for his use.

Here is a link to the wheel. The style is called Medusa

http://www.thecartdepot.com/40887.html

You might be able to find it for less. I found the complete set at Buggies Unlimited, with tires, mounted with center caps and lug nuts at the time for $525 but my local dealer told me he could beat it and got my setup for $500 cash. I know that BU shows the 10" Medusa now on their website but not the 12" but they might still sell them.
