My question would be why would the tech leave an expensive piece of equipment like a programmer? I've heard/read Tahoe state that legally Club Car can't make any changes that would increase the speed beyond design limits. Perhaps he left the controller where you could change the parameters yourself and then he would be able to say he didn't do anything to increase speed. Yea,yea I know it's kind of far fetched but it makes me wonder. Brand new cart and everything tech should be doing the work.
