48 volt club car DS
on a 48 volt club car DS when charging the cart how high should the voltage go when charging before the charger shuts off?

Depends on the charger and what batteries you have.
When I had my US Battery batteries and DPI charger set to their charging profile, the bulk charge could go as high as 62-64V, then float around 58.x volts. |

On a Powerdrive it will be ~61-63vdc. Very low amps though so do not get worried.

I’ve seen 65 volts with Trojans and a PowerDrive Charger many times.
