Bear, a photo of this cart would help a lot. I suspect it is much newer than a 1981.

I think it is newer than an 81, just not sure. Can you point me toward a post that walks me through posting pics?

Go down to "Go Advanced" then go to "Manage Attachments" At least that's the way I do it. May be another way, not sure.

A couple of pics of the area around the controller would help with the ID of what you have.....

I don't think you will find a controller, it has coils.
Peeking out in second pic.
I don't know the years for these so I can't say.

Bear, how about a pic of the tag on the lower dash above the accelerator pedal?

That would help identify your cart.

Sometime between ‘88-‘94 I’d guess. But they made them like this until about 2003 so I don’t know for sure. It is obviously before 2001 though.
