Meaning if you have both of these on and ride off then lose the activation you can look at one of the two DVM's and see if you lost one of the inputs needed for sustained activation (closure). If you still have them both and the contactor (main solenoid) opens, then you will know it has failed (due to a weak or open coil) and needs to be replaced.

I completed the test today. This is what results I got from test. Showing voltage on + input while pedal is not pushed. When solenoid closes, voltage goes away. Solenoid then clicks open and I see voltage again. On negative side I see no voltage until the solenoid closes. Within few seconds solenoid clicks back open with pedal down and then I see no voltage. Is this an issue that can be caused with diode stuck closed?

Have you changed or replaced anything on the cart or made any modifications that resulted in this starting or did it just start all of a sudden?

That is a little odd in regards to you should have the 48+ continuously and the 48- should pick up after the controller sees all the other permissives. If it is falling out, I can only think of a controller issue unless the coil is weak on the solenoid (or an intermittent ground).

TahoeDawg mentioned a drop out harness, you may want to call him and see what he thinks.

The cart was working fine. I pulled body off to paint, installed lift kit, and added lights and LED battery charge indicator. Before cart was pulled apart, new batteries were installed and new battery cables were installed. Ran the cart through 2 battery charges before tearing down to customize. Have not got cart to work after getting it back together.

Finely found the issue. Orange wire and orange and white wire had came loose from controller. Guess they had pulled loose while axle was being dropped to install lift.
