2004 club car precedent 48V
So pulled this cart from the graveyard at work because last mechanic burnt rearend up. Replaced rearend, while motor off, had new brushes and armature turned at local shop. In the mean time I replaced MCOR speed sensor, and batteries. So after charging to pack charge of 52.3 after 100 yds of driving speed drops tremendously

Re: 2004 club car precedent 48V
What is the pack voltage exactly at/during the speed drop?
If it cut to half speed that sensor is faulty and you are going into Limp Mode. Lots of possibilities with just a small amount of information.... |

Read this tutorial I posted on our site about how to diagnose the speed sensor.
