PowerDrive Charger Kicking Breaker on Charger

Trying to help a local church get their powerdrive charger to charge 02 DS.

They have new batteries. Plug in the charger and it hums and then kicks the breaker on the charger in about 1 second.

Definitely a charger issue as a known good charger works and have same issue when I use their charger on another cart.

I have not worked on this type charger before and someone opened this one before I got involved. However, As near as I can tell, this charger does NOT USE A CAPACITOR?

Please correct me if I am wrong and let me know if I am missing something:

The cart turns on the charger relay, so that leaves three possible issues, transformer, diode block, and breaker. likely not the transformer, so Probably would be worth the risk to go ahead and replace the diodes and breaker as opposed to investing in new charger?

Most likely just a weak breaker. I've replaced a couple doing the same thing. Dave at Revolution Golf Carts, a site sponsor sells the breakers.

Has a higher amp relay, diode, new breaker and the small wire harness that includes a small voltage suppressor. Pretty much all you should need to make it right.
