It brings the oil back out in the plastic. Works great. Don’t stay too long in one spot or you’ll melt it.

Re: Anyone paint their sun faded plastic pieces?
I use this stuff called BLAK and available on Amazon. See pic of one coat before and after. Not cheap but goes a long way. I suggest a drop cloth to protect garage floor for drops as it stains. Shake occasionally while you are using it for best application. I drop a few BB's into the solution to help keep it mixed up. Cart can have NO SILICONE residue on the plastic. You can use this stuff on the floor mats, pedals and steering wheel as it is not slippery. I use a 6" wide putty knife to slip in between the body and trim to apply to keep it off the body. Keep a damp rag handy to remove smears. Rinse sponge brush out with water. It will do about 4 carts.

I use Turtle wax trim restorer.
I have been a car guy for ever, This is the best I have ever seen 2 heavy coats at first, rub it in and let set, wipe it off and it look new for a year. Looks like new OEM parts and you don't have to worry about any thing peeling off or getting scratched |
