Default Intermittent No-Go on Pedal Press on my 48v CC Precedent 2008.5

Have a recurring issue where the cart won't go intermittently when I press the pedal. Have to press multiple times, in some cases 6-10 times. It has never not gone, but it is taking more depressions of late when it does this. 8 out of 10 times the cart works perfectly.

I replaced the 6-8v batteries with a 48v Eco Lithium in Nov 21. The issue was present and more frequent before this battery switch.

I am running a 48v 2008.5 CC Precedent, 76ah Eco Battery, and a 6 inch Rhox AA Lift on 13inch tires.

Trouble Shooting so far:
-Speed sensor alarms when it rolls,
-F/R switch works but occasionally will need to depress the R twice to get the buzzer.
-I bought it used in 2018, and the cart does go 21-23 mph. Not sure if its a code, or controller upgrade.
-Tightened all the connections (i think)

Thinking its the MCOR, the Solenoid, or maybe a failing controller?

Thanks for your insights!

Mine did this with a bad MCOR... look for the link about bypassing something in the MCOR with a paperclip to test it
