![]() I have an 89 Marathon with new batteries that slows to a crawl even on shallow grades. I have the opportunity to buy a TXT for parts. Would the motor or controller from the TXT work as an upgrade??

![]() Pretty sure they are not the same. TXT uses ITS throttle, I believe the marathon used 0-5k. So, the stock TXT controller wouldn't work.
