Default 94 medalist no spark

i have a 94 ezgo medalist. i bought it with no spark. So i went and bought all new parts, a new ignitor, volt reg, solenoid, starter\generator, coil, pulsar coil, plugs, carb, belts. i have checked all the wiring over and over again. Ive got good grounds, good fuel flow, and 110 psi in each cyl. ive replaced the key switch and the wires coming from the key switch back. put a new battery in it also. ive ohmed out the coil and the pulsar coil, all these parts are from buggies unlimited. im at my wites end with this cart. i took it the golf cart repair place an they want touch it because ive messed with the wiring. ive printed multiple wiring diagrams off line and all wires look good. ive cleaned all my ground points. ive got good ground at the motor also. please if anyone can help. i also looked at the peddle switch and it test fine also. please please please help..........

110 psi is way too low for that engine. You need to be in the 150-160 range. That could possibly be fixed by adjusting the valves.

You have also changed parts that have nothing to do with having no spark.

ok that is one problem. but why would compression and valve timing kill spark. i replaced all the parts because my kids use the cart to drive back and forth from the buss stop. wanted to make it safe.

I would start by pulling out your trusty DMM and see where your losing voltage. If you need help and post a pic of your wiring diagram I'll try telling you where to check.

Ok I found your diagram I think. Can you confirm you have a red and white wire going to your ignition coil and a red, red/white and two blacks to your ignitor?

Ok can you check DC voltage at the red wire at the ignition coil to ground and see if your getting 12 volts while cranking. Then check the red/white and black wires coming off the pulsar on volts AC and see what your getting while cranking.....if memory serves me it should be about 1 volt. Can you send a picture of your solenoid all hooked up? Your wiring sounds correct so far
