1995 Ezgo TXT Gas
Hello everyone,
I have lifted my 1995 Ezgo TXT gas cart, my accelerator cable is too long and I have about an inch of play when I push down on the gas pedal before the cart reacts. I am looking for a smaller cable I can put on that will fix this problem. is there a standard size I can order, if not how can I correctly measure the distance to make sure I don't buy one too small or too long. thank you Steve |

Re: 1995 Ezgo TXT Gas
You have something adjusted wrong or a bracket got bent. Lifting the cart should not change the cable distances. Did you take cables off? Can you tell if the extra play is in the accelerator cable (pedal to governor) or governor cable (governor to carb linkage)? Or is there and issue with the carb linkage itself?
