Default Jetting a 2014 Drive/G29

Hi guys;

For those mechanically incline out here.

I finally decided to modified the top speed on a 2014 Drive. The cart already has a drilled out governor, removed the restrictor neck of the air filter box, Heavy duty drive belt, and stronger spring on the clutch. Cart pull strong on flats at mid 20s verified by GPS. But dies on small hills. I can tell it is running lean. Currently Pilot Jet is a .55 and main .85, and I'm seating at 270 above sea level. Anyone out here has a proven setting or a good idea on a starting point to save me time on the trial and error during spark plug reading?

I have Plowmans kit and it came with a new main jet.
How about buying another jet to drill out in small increments.
But 1st I’d do a hard pull, then pull the spark plug to see its color if lean.

I already ordered 2 jets and one pilot to work them; but they wont arrive till the end of next week. For that reason was hoping for someone to tell me what has work for them as a start point. So it might help me into not having to uninstall, disassemble, assemble, install the carb multiple times. With a provided start point, it may be a 3 times over process, that way I can achieve the desire result faster.

From what I’ve seen, the g29 gets minimal love vs the older carts.
People just don’t like the g29 it seems and I can see why.
It’s just gonna be trial and error on your part to find out.
Where did you find the jets at for the carb?
