Default Can't get Yamaha G9 to run

Can't get Yamaha G9 to run after water found in fuel,
I have drained and flushed fuel tank, replaced fuel lines, installed new fuel pump, added an inline filter, removed, disassembled and cleaned carb with carb cleaner.
When attempting to start it did actually run for a short period now it only pops. I have good fuel pressure a new spark plug with a lot of constant spark.
Any thoughts on what else to try?

Maybe a valve adjustment. Check this thread.

Try using a spray bottle with a little fresh gas in it. Mist the fuel directly into the carb.

If it won't start with the mist of gas, you might have a bigger issue. Look at the timing/spark and valve adjustments as New Guy suggested.

If it does start and run off the mist gas, fuel delivery is the issue. If you have good pressure from the fuel pump, look at the carb being the issue.

Have you checked compression?
