2005 Gas Precedent
New golf cart owner here. Having 2 issues. One absolutely no power going up hills. Two runs great on flat but top end speed shuts off? Limiter?
Has cold plug NGK BPR5ES. Calls for non resistor plug BP4ES on order. |

Replaced the drive belt. That helped. But I could almost walk faster uphill.
