Plug braking is for forklifts and is the death of more GC controllers than you can shake a stick at which is why no modern cart comes with it anymore.

I just wanted to say that this is an excellent thread to learn from! CheepJeep2, you and a few others did an excellent job taking him through step by step, even with the often left out stuff. Thanks to you and Scotty both for explaining about the plug brake- I had been curious about that myself!
