yea, 25" is a lot of tire to turn! you could try to sell your bandit and get a higher power motor or gear down.

Its all about $ I guess I kinda put the horse in front of the cart as the saying goes. The only reason I put the swamps and the 8" lift is because I got a good deal from a friend. My thought is now I might just run it till the motor burns up? or if? Its a dang slug now with those 25's. I guess I need to get a solinoide? also.

Gear down hell no!! I want speed 20+ and torque!!! maybe I should get a jeep. But its alot funner in agolf cart for some reason.

so the fact that i have never personally changed a gearset in a golf cart disqualifies me from mentioning it to someone else as a possible solution?

You could buy another cart maybe two for what it would cost to have a Machine shop BUILD a set of gears. Oh I am a Welder/Millwright/Machinest so I do know what it takes.
