After reviewing all suggestions, recommendations and guidance, I found the rectifier/diode removed it and tested as per the manual that was on this site. All readings were the same which I understand means that it is bad. I will replace and give results. Thanks to all that replied. I will be sending a donation to this site. Kspin.

Living where you live, you should be able to pick one up locally at a cart shop. You have 4-12v batteries. Just use a regular car 12v auto charger and charge each battery 1 at a time fully. You don't have to unhook them. They need to be charged asap until you get your rectifier.
