ezgo/18hp Honda motor swap questions
I have a lifted 98 TXT with a robin 29c motor. I have a generator with an 18 hp honda motor as a donor since the generator parts are bad. I've noticed the accessory kit for a honda install is about $1500.00 which is nuts. I have the tools and the shop to fabricate the needed parts, i just dont have any diagram/blueprints to go by. I've been searching to find a build like this one so i could glean some insight into whats required. However i have not been successful. Can anyone offer assistance?

Re: ezgo/18hp Honda motor swap questions
Rcn, take a look at this link, CPP already makes this carrige and it will work with your motor.
http://www.cartpartsplus.com/ezgo-bi...e-carrier.html You can also take a look at this link, http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/lifte...yard-cart.html It's kinda long but includes my Honda GX620 install with the engine cradle from CPP. You can also look though the Big Block section to see what others have done and are doing. Good luck |
