I have kinda the same problem. 98 Medalist 295. I just bought it, put some new rings in it, and it discharges now. There is a little teeney green wire with a teeny round connecter and a white wire coming out of the flywheel cover that I dont know where they go. Any help would be appreciated! (it is my Wife's) Maybe it was like this before I bought it, but I forgot where those wires go!
