Default New Cart, new build... Where to start??

Picked this at the beginning of this last Summer. Been having a blast with it, the ultimate booze cruiser...

So, what do I have? 48V Club Car, non Regen. 4 wheel brakes. It's very cool. I'm not looking for speed, mostly torque and stamina. I want to be able to cruise with 6 adults for hours, cruising up & down flat streets.

I plan on removing the body and getting it vinyl wrapped, new seats, stereo, dash, etc. Open to suggestions!

That would be cool with 12" wheels, low pro tires and possibly air bags for booze cruising.

Probably, like I said, I'm not looking for speed, but I am looking for torque. What do you suggest?

Do you have the lengths for the cables already? I'd want to replace them all.
