Default 92 club car batteries die to fast

Changed out to new batteries 36 volt and they die down as fast as the old batteries did. What could cause my batteries to die off so fast. They last maybe 2 hrs or so and that is it. Please help

Actual run time for a full charge is 110 minutes. (under 2 hours) During my years as a service tech I put many battery packs on the draw down machine. Few made it to the 100 minute mark.
Remember too that any mods you make like taller tires or off road use will shorten your run time as amperage use increases.

What is your fully charged voltage reading. Let the batteries set for 12 hours after the charge is complete to get a true reading. Note new batteries are at 100% capacity until they 'break in'
