Call EMP as well as I had a custom motor built by them this past winter and I absolutely love it and their customer service is top notch! Ask as many questions as you can think of and they will answer them all and make sure they know what it is your wanting to do with the motor and they will be honest and tell you if they can build it or not..Talk to Chuck as he is one who designed and built my motor and is very knowledgable

I went with the Advanced (brand) motor #7177 from Carl at EVDRIVES.
Got it installed tonight...all is well. Let's hope this one lasts longer than the stock one did. Speed is about the same as stock, but torque seems to be improved some. The regen/engine braking feature still works. It does seem to run much cooler than the stock motor- even with Alltrax set to 100% output with turbo enabled. (Those settings are what trashed the stock motor- it got real hot, real quick.) thanks Carl! |
