Default Charger not working

My buddy has a Precedent. The pack reads over 35 volts. The charger will click, but will not start charging. What could cause this?

Thanks

It could be the OBC or the charger itself (relay, rectified, or breaker). If you have another cart to try your charger on, that will isolate the problem...

35 volts is too low for charger to start. Why is the pack so low?
Those bats might be toast.

Find out first of all why the batteries are so low. Once you know why they have fallen so low, you will need to jump start these batteries first to allow the charger to switch on. Hopefully they still have some life in them.

. . . assuming your charger is functional, you can bypass the OBC in the charger to force the charger ON to bring the pack up to about 40 volts, then remove the bypass and see if charger will function normally . . monitor charge while doing this because charger will not know when to shut off . . . see below image . . .
