Default IQ Cart: In Dash Head/Tail Lights Wiring Issues

Hi, I have a CC IQ cart that I am trying to get the lights to work on. Let me start off by saying that the previous owner evidently tampered with some wiring under the dash.
No lights will turn on; not the headlights, tail lights, or brake lights. Everything else in the dash I have been able to wire properly, thanks to this awesome site's wiring diagrams for Club Cars.
I have the OEM switch that toggles the lights on and off, but I was also wondering what the other rectangular cut-out was made for on the dash (beside the headlight toggle switch mounting location). I have a battery condition meter, battery warning light, ignition, and fwd/rvrse all in the dash, and all working.

I just need to figure out how to wire the lights, and what exactly the other small rectangular cut-out is made for in the dash. In the pics, there is a pink, 2 reds, 2 blues, purple, and brown wire that all need a home!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is that an empty fuse block? It might help if there are some fuses in there...
