Default 2006 EzGo Rebuild

Well just started a rebuild on a 2006 EzGo TXT that was in much need of some TLC...Unfortunately forgot to take pictures of the before. Was in to much of a want to get rid of the old. I have already removed all parts down to frame . Full wire brush and scraped all rust and repainted frame. Removed all old wiring and rewired. Primed sanded and painted body. New LED kit, Indicator Kit, Head Lights, Tail Lights, Windshield, Mirror...Will post as it goes together......Any thoughts on what else i should do?

cdebo,

Are using shaker ball cans to paint or air sprayer? If air sprayer, where did you get your paint. I am in the process of painting one myself.

It's all rattle can. Allot of prep on the body I sanded it all with 300 then 600. Then high build primer and another 600 gritt. Then another primer coat and a 600 wet sand. Honestly I have given up can't get out the old waves from the horrible pre paint job but wife said looks good so. Good to Go!! Here is body done and installed. Used krylon 2x prime and paint as final coat.
