Highly suggest folks take a CPF backup file before making changes, that way you have an easy undo button.

I might add that there are other parameters that should be changed to get all the benefits of a tune up.

Might not be able to do that with an oem cable.

There is no Freedom mode to toggle on or off so OEM would be enough.

Welcome Aboard CBUS614OH... How I program the Elite controller it must be in the cart when I program it. I make around twenty changes in the parameters then have the owner take a ride. Then I made some changes accordingly what the owner does like or doesn't like. This is all done on a Programming Station.

Check this out it might help you https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/showthread.php?t=189832

Perhaps you can 'remotely' tune the cart by trading CPFs and use the advanced cloning feature, of course CBUS would need a cable. I know somethings are blocked from cloning like freedom enable.

That's something I personally don't want to do. Things could go very wrong, and you could be the one that would take all the blame.

Hi usgicollector, I've been following this page for awhile, just recently joined since it appears you may be able to help! 2023 Express L6 Elite with the Curtis F4-A controller. Max speed is 18, looking for 25-28 max.

I'm located in SE Michigan, would be willing to come to you in Indiana if necessary. Please let me know if you can help - thanks!
