![]() Hello all. I have an '89 2-stroke gas powered Ezgo. Occasionally when I attempt to drive it, there is a 5-8 second delay when I have the pedal pressed down. During the delay, there is some kind of humming sound. When the cart finally takes off, there is a minor backfire sound (sometimes it is pretty loud). Any ideas or suggestions as to what might cause this? Thanks.
P.S. Also on occasion when I'm driving, I will have the pedal to the floor and the cart will slow down as if I had released the gas pedal, then suddenly before it comes to a complete stop, (I'm holding the pedal to the floor the entire time) it will regain power and continue to run like normal. |
