Cable lengths for txt with six 8volt batteries
Does anyone have the dimensions for battery cable lengths for a txt series cart that's been converted to six 8volt batteries?

They would be the same as a series TXT cart with six 6V batteries.
You have three 2V cells in a 6V battery and four 2V cells in an 8V battery, but the case dimensions are still the same (10 3/8 x 7 1/8 x 10 7/8 ), so stock cable lengths will work. |

Anyone got info on these, getting ready to make a set for myself. Thanks Sir Nuke for the heads up on the battery post didn't think about that.

scottyb I got a friend that's upgrading his precedent cart to 1/0 cables and is willing to sell me his 5 battery cables that are only a year old that he said are 14 1/4". do you know if the batteries are oriented the same in a precedent. if I can get by with the 14" cables I can get them for 20 dollars 2ga.
I know they will work now with my 6 volt system. just not sure with the 8 volt conversion later. |
