91 2 cycle Marathon governor

The governor on my 91 2 cycle cart isn't allowing the carb to open up more than about 1/4 throttle . Even if I try to turn the shaft by hand it want turn any more. Something seems to have gone wrong with the governor internals. Has any one ever had this problem? I have been looking for a parts brake down to see what is inside the diff. to see what could be wrong but to no avail . Could anyone help with a brake down of the rear Diff. showing the governor or any ideas?

Thanks 1989 Marathon for the brake down . Do you by chance have the parts list to go with the brake down. I took the linkage and the arm off the shaft and the only movement seems to be from some slop in the shaft. What ever turns the shaft seems to be stuck or frozen in the diff.

Thanks 1989 Marathon for the parts list . Now I just have one more question. I haven't had time to get into the rear diff. yet but can anyone tell me if there is any where that I can get parts for the governor assy. if they are needed?
