1996 carry all 2 plus mod ?

so i have picked up a 1996 carryall 2.
it has been worked for its life and is in good mech shape little rough to look at.

i am looking for lots of small parts for it. corner covers box rest plates tail gate
lights and front breaks.

it was a golf ball collector at a driving range and i think they removed the front breaks for the install of the front collector.

it has a curtis tractor cab on front and could use a new rear window as well.

my plans for the cart are for a yard truck.

i tryed to cross my creek and got stuck so some mods are in the works now.

i am using it now and it works well but has a hesitation when you push the peadel down to far.
once the revs cum up you can put it to the floor otherwise it falls on its face.
it is a key start not a pedal start as well.

i am looking to put a long travel jakes kit up front
winch bumper
disk breaks
and increase the low end power on the motor.

my goal is to have a very capable cart that is not tipsy and has power to haul stuff around including small trees form the ground.

i would also like to make the rear susp a coil over setup.

would like to tap into the knowledge around the site and pick up on the best setup.
any other known fixes to comon problems would be very helpful.
