TXT Valor Choke

I'm looking at a Valor and have a question about the choke. When using it I had to hold it out like it had a return spring (wouldn't stay out on its own).
Is this right, did I use it incorrectly or should it stay where you set it and something was wrong?

That is the correct action. You should really only have to hold it for a few seconds until it starts..

Thanks! It did start right up and stay running like that. Just thought it was unusual that you couldn't set it.
