Default Medium Duty springs, longer shock?

I am going to upgrade to medium Duty springs and need to replace my shocks as well. I know with Heavy Duty springs you have to extend the shock...

I can't find info on the medium duty. I am buying them from Cartpartsplus if that matters.

Thanks!

Barry
