When the new charger arrives we will remove the OBC.

Thanks Lockman1 for keeping an eye on things

Now back to reading the By pass sticky again......
Refer to the bottom of post 4 above and add this to it.
To permanently bypass it, disconnect the 6-pin connector from the OBC and install a jumper or metal paper clip between the white wire and the blue wire on the cart's harness side connector. (Insulate it if you are going to leave it that way or look at the stickys and there are directions for cutting off the other side and making a jumper plug.)

I need to see his cart and see if it has the blue wire coming from the OBC.

Post 29 in the OBC by pass sticky says

"All model years of the Series carts, the OBC provided the negative side for the Solenoid on the Yellow wire.

95-03 Series DS wiring Diagram

You need to run the Yellow wire that is connected to the solenoid small post directly to Controller B- or pack negative.

You need to run the black 10ga negative wire from the back of the charger receptacle directly to pack negative. "

That wire diagram doesn't show a blue wire coming from the OBC.

I need to see the cart so I know what we're dealing with,I'm pretty sure it is series cart ser# AA0115, I have a 6 pin connector with the 10K ohm 1 watt resistor and the gray sense wire soldered together ready to go but not sure it is going to work on his cart. We'll see, stay tuned.

Well got to look at the cart today and it does not have the blue and white wire. It has a three pin connector with a red , yellow and brown wire.
So 10 gauge black to pack neg and yellow wire from solenoid to controller B-.

Time to start a new thread about the gray wire lock out and how to wire that in.

Thanks for your help you are the best
