I did not want to mount the L shaped switch bracket below the dash, since the wire would be exposed. So as to have the wires hidden in dash I had to modify the bracket and cut the dash out. There was not enough room to attach bracket to dash trim with rivet or screw, so silicone was used. All wires were enclosed in flexible conduit and ran under roof and through uprights.

I sure hope so. I have lots of hills and bigger than normal controller. They cost lots more too.
