Alltrax overheating
So I took my cart off road on some medium terrain for the first time since adding large tires and lift kit, along with the new FSIP MOT-B3 motor. made it around and up some rocky hills, get to the end up a slight grassy hill, and bam... nothing.... Flip the seat and 1 green 4 red on the controller, which indicates an overtemp of the controller. My question is, would putting it into turf mode..or having a fan on the controller prevented this from happening?

Re: Alltrax overheating
I order Alltrax with fan on all controllers larger than stock amp size. Get the fan.

Re: Alltrax overheating
Climbing big hills with big tires with a speed motor will cause excess heat to build in the motor as well as the controller.
