Steering wheel needs to be adjusted to run right side up

When I am driving my '96 Club Car in a straight line, my steering wheel is almost upside down. Is there an easy way to adjust this so the steering wheel is right side up when I am driving in a straight line?

They don't start out that way so for safety reasons do a complete inspection of the front steering and suspension system.
If you don't find any damage, turn the steering wheel full left and right and locate it in the center of the travel.
If the wheels are straight and the steering wheel is off then yes, remove the wheel and reinstall it.
If the steering wheel is straight and the wheels are not, then hold the steering wheel in position and use the tierods or drag link to correctly adjust the direction of the wheels keeping the toe correct.
