Default How to attach broadcast spreader to flip-seat

Has anyone tried to attach an electric broadcast spreader to a flip-seat? I'm trying to figure a way to attach a Moultrie ATV broadcast spreader to the flip-seat when flipped down. I don't want to drill through and have to leave bolts sticking up when not in use. Any ideas?

You may get a few more reponses in the Design Center forum but how about just taking a small sheet of wood and mount the spreader to it and then just clamp the sheet to the seat when needed..

Are you thinking 3/4" plywood and 4 C-clamps would hold up?

Tee nuts would work great for this application. They are basically flush mount nuts for plywood. You would have to drill holes in the plywood backing of the seat and install from the inside though.

Set the spreader where you want it and cut some 2x4 to go across the arms to each side of the cart. Clamp them down to the seat frame angle. When done remove nothing left.
