And just so we're clear. Was the 50.4 v right as the charger cut off or after the batteries rested 12 hrs?

Interesting info. Where/how do I make the switch once the unit is opened?

Heres my cheat sheet. Jumpers "J3" & "J4". If mode 1 is needed, its ok to "store" the unused jumpers "halfway" on the pin headers.

LOL. Figured it wouldn't just be a switch. I am going to give this a shot this weekend. I have a 48v cart and the charger goes up to 67v at one point during the charge. Is that bad?

Update. I had an older charger below in the garage and tried it out. The peak voltage during charging was about 58v. It charged longer than the dpi unit and the cart is at 52.3v after 5 hours rest. Will check again at 12 hours.

That MAC charger is a good charger as well. It uses a nice 5-stage charge cycle like is common nowdays. If your other charger is hitting 67v, use the MAC till you get it figured out. That charger was standard equipment on all G19, G22e, and very early '07 drives.

After about 14 hours the pack has a charge of 51.2v after using the "MAC" charger.
